Broadcast Date: February 13, 2018

Today Dr. Randy begins a 3-part series on the spirit and practice of an Intentional Marriage he calls, “Being Before Doing in Marriage.”

It stands to reason that you must be on the team before you can get in the game. Same holds true in our spiritual lives: in order to DO the things a Follower of Jesus is called to do, you must BE a Follower of Jesus. Make sense? The book of Ephesians is beautifully crafted with the Apostle Paul’s teaching of our PLACE in Christ in the first 3 chapters, followed by our CALLING to obey once we are “in.” It’s “being before doing.” Today, Dr. Randy unpacks how having an Intentional Marriage is impacted by understanding the “being before doing” in our marriages.
