We all have set a goal at one time or another. Or maybe someone set a goal for you–like at work or in school. Goals are great and helpful, but what happens BEFORE you set a goal is critical to the probability of achievement. Dr. Randy calls it “Intention.” Intention goes to the WHY of your goals and your actions necessary to attain your goal.

Today Dr. Randy begins a new three-part study to help you deal with the hazards of an “Intention deficit” and the benefits of properly focusing on the “why” of your goals. It’s part one of “Overcoming an Intention Deficit” on today’s program.
