When your health—the physical aspect of who we are—is not taken care of, your spirit can be drawn down and relationships can become stressed. If you believe in Jesus, the Holy Spirit lives in you. 1 Corinthians 6:19 says, “Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself.” (NLT)
