Your Family

Know Enough, Care Enough and Do Enough
for Your Family to Thrive

Family is God’s idea. Genesis 2:24 says, “A man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.” The Bible is filled with family relationships, real people dealing with real problems through their faith in God. These accounts confirm that family is created by and valued by Him.

Families that succeed are intentional in knowing enough, caring enough and doing enough to make their relationships work.

  • We know enough by trying to understand our family. Take time to listen and see the other person’s perspective.
  • We care enough by appreciating how others feel and what they’re experiencing. We celebrate their joys and grieve their losses with them.
  • We do enough when we show our love through action. Love isn’t based on emotions or feelings. How we interact with one another demonstrates our love.

Family is an essential area of our lives. To help you strengthen your family and relationships, Intentional Living is offering a free, online tool called The Intentional Journey. It provides insights that will help you better understand yourself and how you relate with others. Join us on The Intentional Journey. Your life will never be the same.
